We are thrilled to share Now for Something Sweet (our new book!) with you for Pesach this year, although Pesach 2020 will be different to every other one we have had. We hope and pray that by Pesach 2021 all will be well in the world.
Everyone’s Seder tables will be smaller than usual, and many of us (myself included) will be cooking a complete Seder for the first time.

Almonds meringue torte looks amazing but ingredients aren’t listen on the YouTube video. Please can you provide.

Have purchased MMCC Now for something sweet and looking forward to making Marcia Friedman’s flourless chocolate brownies. The recipe calls for potato flour, followed by “(potato starch)” which to me suggests that they are one and the same thing. Can you please clarify which is to be used, as my understanding after having used both for baking, is that they are not interchangeable.
Hi Sonia – it is a small amount and either will work. The original recipe had potato starch and we find potato flour works well.
