Our book is written in Australian metric measures, where 1 tablespoon = 20 ml and 1 cup = 250 ml, which differ from the USA imperial measures.

There are also some terms that differ and we have tried to find them all…if not, please let us know ASAP.

‘Monday Morning Cooking Club’ in the softcover now has a conversion table in the back. ‘The Feast Goes On’ has imperial and metric measurements throughout.
