Today I made a batch of these beauties, Honey Peanut Tuiles from A Year of Jewish Cooking.
They are absolutely bloody delicious!!
I made them for friends as I wanted something super quick (10 mins to make, 15 to bake) , easy and excellent. They will also be a huge part of my Rosh Hashanah repertoire this year for sure but more on that next month.
.
These are our updated OG Honey Macadamia Wafers (thanks Barb Solomon🙏🙏) and they are fabulous🙌🙌

Turkish Cheese Bread: Perfect for Shavuot

I want to call these ‘Jewish Fried Fish Cakes’. They have so many elements that feel like Jewish home cooking. My Polish grandfathers both adored

Anzac Day baking.
