Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility:
- Entry is open to anyone who has a personal Instagram account.
- Entrants must follow Monday Morning Cooking Club (@MondayMorningCC) on Instagram, repost the competition image and use the hashtag #WinCookBookMMCC.
Promotional Period:
- Promotion commences at 12pm AEST on 14th April 2016 and ends at 1pm AEST on 21st April 2016 (Promotional Period).
- To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
- Follow Monday Morning Cooking Club (@MondayMorningCC) on Instagram.
- Repost the competition image to their personal Instagram profile.
- In the content area of the repost, the entrant needs to use the competition hashtag #WinCookBookMMCC.
- Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must meet the eligibility criteria.
- Entrants acknowledge and agree that their Instagram profile username and Instagram profile image may be published on the Monday Morning Cooking club website (www.mondaymorningcookingclub.com.au) and the Monday Morning Cooking Club’s Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) for an unlimited period of time. Monday Morning Cooking Club reserves the right, at any time, to refuse to publish or remove any already published Content in its sole discretion.
- Entries must be submitted via instagram and received by Monday Morning Cooking Club during the Promotional Period. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Monday Morning Cooking Club and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or, ineligible Entries will be deemed invalid. Monday Morning Cooking Club accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Entries.
Judging:
- Judging will take place on Thursday 21 April 2016. In order to determine the winner, the entries will be reviewed to ensure the have met the eligibility criteria of the competition and the winner will be chosen at random.
- The winner will be notified via Instagram private chat where details will be provided to claim the prize. The winner will then be announced on the Monday Morning Cooking Club social media channels.
- The winner will have seven (7) business days from the time of winner notification to respond to the Monday Morning Cooking Club in order to claim their Prize. In the event a winner does not respond to Monday Morning Cooking Club within seven (7) business days, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize and Monday Morning Cooking Club may select an alternative winner. All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of the Judging will be taken by Monday Morning Cooking Club. Monday Morning Cooking Club’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize:
- The winning entry, as determined by the judges will win one (1) signed copy of The Feast Goes On. Total prize value of $59.95.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise stated). The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Monday Morning Cooking Club accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Monday Morning Cooking Club accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.
- If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Monday Morning Cooking Club’s control, Monday Morning Cooking Club may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at Monday Morning Cooking Club’s sole discretion. The winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
- Monday Morning Cooking Club is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner as a result of the winner accepting the prize.
Content:
- Each Entrant consents to Monday Morning Cooking Club using their Entry, name, likeness and/or image in the event they are a winner (including photograph) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Monday Morning Cooking Club. Each Entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, the Entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by Monday Morning Cooking Club.
Privacy:
- Monday Morning Cooking Club collects Personal Information about an Entrant to include the Entrant in a promotion and, where appropriate, award prizes. Winners will be required to confirm their Personal Information and submit any other details requested by Monday Morning Cooking Club (which may include their ordinary postal address) in the manner and time required, otherwise their Prize may be forfeited. Incorrect or incomplete details confirmed by an Entrant at the time of winner notification will deem the Entrant ineligible.
- An Entrant can gain access to, update or correct any Personal Information held by the Monday Morning Cooking Club by contacting the Monday Morning Cooking Club’s Privacy Officer via email: lisa@mondaymorningcookingclub.com.au. All Personal Information will be stored by the Monday Morning Cooking Club in accordance with Monday Morning Cooking Club’s Privacy Policy.
