Lisa’s Malt Cookie Tart

Malt, Chocolate, Pastry. YUM. We are excited to share this unique and interesting malt cookie tart which we adapted from a recipe by Lisa Sandman from Raleigh, North Carolina. It’s base is like a giant malted milk cookie, topped with dark chocolate and crushed malted milk balls. Yum!

Natty’s Glazed Honey Chiffon Cake

This light chiffon cake makes a nice change from the more traditional heavier honey cakes. It has become one of my family’s favourite cakes at Rosh Hashanah. If you make the cake ahead of time, leave it inverted in the tin until you are going to ice and eat it.
