Shabbat 3000

This is what we made for a “Shabbat 3000” dinner at Lisa’s, supporting and hosting a great initiative in Sydney’s Jewish community in late 2011 to encourage 3000 young adults to share a Friday night dinner. On the menu was egg and onion, challahs made by those attending, Raie’s meatloaf, Cabbage salad, pavlova and chocolate chiffon cakes.
